Ateliear wants you to feel confident when shopping with us. Our Lymphatic Face Brush is designed to be used consistently as part of your morning routine, particularly when your face is naturally at its most puffy after waking.
Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a refund request.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Replacement coverage for products damaged during shipping is only available to customers who purchased the optional Shipping Protection offered at checkout.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, please provide your order number along with clear photographs or video showing the condition of the damaged product and, where applicable, the packaging it arrived in. We will review the evidence and, if approved, arrange a replacement in accordance with the Shipping Protection terms.
If Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout, Ateliear does not provide replacement coverage for products damaged during shipping.
Damaged or defective products are handled separately from our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and do not require you to complete the 90-day usage period.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have in respect of defective or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer law.
Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product received.
Incorrect-product claims are handled separately from our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Unopened Products
Where applicable, eligible unopened and unused products may be considered for return, subject to our return requirements and applicable consumer law.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is intended for customers who have used the Lymphatic Face Brush consistently and believe they have not experienced any noticeable difference.
A refund based on the product not producing a noticeable result cannot be requested until at least 90 days have passed from the date your order was delivered.
Simply stating that the product "didn't work" is not sufficient to qualify for a refund under this guarantee.
Because results can vary depending on how and when the brush is used, we require video evidence showing the product being used correctly.
Requirements for a 90-Day Refund Request
To be considered for a refund under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:

Have owned the product for at least 90 days from the date of delivery.

Have used the Lymphatic Face Brush consistently as directed during that period.

Submit a clear, continuous video demonstrating the required comparison test.

Record the test upon waking up, when facial puffiness is naturally most noticeable.

Show your entire face clearly at the beginning of the video before using the brush.

Cover or otherwise clearly conceal one half of your face, while leaving the other half fully visible.

Use the Lymphatic Face Brush on the exposed half of your face as instructed.

After brushing, uncover the other half of your face so that both sides of your face are visible simultaneously for comparison.

The video must clearly show that there is no noticeable difference between the brushed and unbrushed sides of the face.

The video must be sufficiently clear and well-lit for both sides of the face to be reasonably compared.
The purpose of this test is to provide a direct comparison between the brushed and unbrushed sides of the face under the same conditions.
Video Evidence Requirements
The submitted video must show the complete process from beginning to end.
Videos that are heavily edited, unclear, excessively dark, filmed from angles that prevent comparison, or do not show the complete test may not be accepted.
A refund request may be declined if the required video evidence does not clearly demonstrate the comparison described above.
A photograph, written statement, or general statement that the product did not work does not replace the required video evidence for a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee claim.
Refund Approval
Once we receive your refund request and supporting evidence, Ateliear will review the information provided.
If your request satisfies the requirements of this policy, we will provide instructions regarding the refund process.
Refunds are only issued after the applicable requirements have been reviewed and approved.
This 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies specifically to claims that the Lymphatic Face Brush did not produce a noticeable result. It does not limit any rights you may have in respect of defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming products under applicable consumer law.
